He was predeceased by: his parents, Casseus Simmons and Florence Lappeus Simmons. He is survived by: his daughter Shirley Vachula (John) of Becket; and his sisters-in-law, Barbara Simmons of Washington, Ellen Gogan (Robert) of Plymouth, MA and Patricia Connelly of West Roxbury, MA.. He is also survived by six nieces.
