He was predeceased by: his parents, Isabelle Plourde Lewis and Earl Andrew Lewis, Sr.; his wife Beth; and his sister Cynthia Nichols. He is survived by: his children, Carolyn Miller (Steve), Philip Lewis (Linda), Mary Douglass (Mark), Timothy Lewis, Nathan Lewis (Deanna), Matthew Lewis (Pat Rasile) and Rebecca Horan; and his siblings, Earl Lewis, Robert Lewis, Susan Dudley, Bryant Lewis and James Lewis. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
