He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Patricia L. (Bashore); his parents, Theodore J. Kowal and Annie F. Kowal (Polack); his children, Anne Kowal (David Casebier) of Carlisle, T. J. Kowal of Barre, John Kowal (Amy) of Hubbardston and Paul Kowal of Branford, CT; his grandchildren, Jake, Hannah and Ryan Kowal; and his siblings, Evelyn Blake of Naples, FL and Michael Kowal (Mickey). He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
