He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter A. Churchill and Amy Churchill (Stoddard); and his sons, Bruce and Brian Churchill. He is survived by: his wife Gail Churchill (Howard); and his children, Kathleen Duchaine (Churchill), Jeffrey Churchill and Scott Churchill. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
