He is survived by: his brother Ron; his sister-in-law Sue Higgins; his nephew Christopher Higgins; his nieces, Jennifer Nadeau (Sean) and Lindsay Higgins; his stepmother Mary Higgins Martin; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brayden, Tyler Nadeau, Baelin, Cian and Asa Higgins Sullivan.
