With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Eleanor F. O'Connor of Barre, Massachusetts, born in Gardner, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 30, 2024 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Eleanor may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her husband John J. O'Connor; her sister Helen B. Giard; and her parents, J. Arthur Giard Sr. and Frances H. Giard (Poliks). She is survived by: her brother J. Arthur Giard Jr. of Gardner; her nephew Mark O'Connor (Jill) of Barre; and her great-nephew Aaron O'Connor (Jackie) of Barre.
