We are sad to announce that on April 15, 2024, at the age of 90, Richard J Butler (Barnstable, Massachusetts), born in Newton, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Jean Lee Gillette. He is survived by: his children, Richard, Kevin and Lynn; and his grandchildren, Kathleen, Sean, Erin, Trevor and Meaghan. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations in Richard's name to Davenport Mugar Cancer Center at 27 Park St. Hyannis MA 02601.
