She is survived by: her spouse Maurice Cooper, Jr.; her sons, Theodore (Stacy), Paul, Andrew, Daniel (Crystal), Jaime Cooper and AnnMarie Cooper; her uncle Constantino Dellanno; her mother-in-law Mary Cooper; her grandchildren, Lauren, Emily, Molly, Samuel, Olivia, Riley, Mia and Addie; her great grandchild Zoe; and also Charles True.
In lieu of flowers it is requested a donation be made in memory of Patti to the charity of one's choice.
