He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine II (Tucker) and James Edward McLoughlin, II; and his brother John. He is survived by: his wife Marian (Mehegan); his children, James Edward, IV (Donna), Kerin (Robert Johnson) and Megan McLoughlin-McAuliffe (Thomas); his brothers, Francis (Marie) and Vincent (Susan); his grandchildren, Kathryn Hooper (Hannah Johnson), Kelley McGuire (Kathleen Joyce), Connor Johnson (James Edward McLoughlin), Liam Johnson (Erin McLoughlin), Tucker McLoughlin (Thomas McAuliffe), Mary McLoughlin (Aidan McAuliffe) and William McAuliffe (Michael McLoughlin); and his great grandchildren, Colin, Penelope, Jackson, Rory, Charlie, Emma, Thea, Thomas James and Elizabeth Ruth. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
