He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Hazard and Hattie Hazard (Barr); his wife Anne Hazard (Tacconi); and his brother David Hazard. He is survived by: his children, Brian Hazard (Vicky), Stephen Hazard, Lisa Hazard, Gerald "Jed" Hazard Jr. and Seth Hazard (Kristina); his grandchildren, Jenny Lemery (Ed), Joe Hazard, Adam Hazard (Amber), Tyler Hazard, Lauren Bissonnette (Joel), Michael Ozzella (Emily), Matthew Ozzella, Whitney Hazard, Gerald "Jeddy" Hazard III, Quinton Hazard and Claire Hazard; his great grandchildren, Reia Lemery, Oliva Ozzella, Theodore Ozzella and Eliza Bissonnette; and his brother Ronald Hazard.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Episcopal Church (3055 Main St, Barnstable, MA 02630).
In lieu of flowers, Jerry's family requests that donations be made to Sturgis Library.
