He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Blair and Ruth Blair; and his siblings, Everett Blair Jr., Bobby Blair, Kenneth Blair and Ruth Lorraine Blair.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah of Baldwinville, MA; his children, LeeAnn (David Rayner) of Athol, MA, Heather (Toby Perkins) of Rindge, NH and Steven Blair Jr. of Baldwinville, MA; his siblings, Ricky (Gail) of Jaffrey, NH, Phyllis Blair of Laconia, NH, Joyce Blair (Roland) of Rindge, NH, Judy Blair of Gardner, MA, Barbara Norwood of Jaffrey, NH and Janet Westover (John) of Marlborough, NH; and his grandchildren, Marissa (Benjamin McLaughlin) of Peterborough, NH, Jessica Adams of Peterborough, NH, Kelsey (Andrew Davis) of Templeton, MA, Ronald Sasseville of Jaffrey, NH, Kameron (Olivia Rayner) of Frankfurt Germany and Morgan (Daniel Reyes) of Fort Bragg, NC. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
