He is survived by: his parents, Stephen W. Cwartkowski and Irene Mazejka; his son Collin Cwartkowski; his sisters, Bobbie Lee Carr (Paul Douckas) and Bonnie Lee Nichols (Keith); his niece Kailey Corral; and his nephew Jamisen Carr. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins.
