She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Martin and Christine Martin (Bois); and her siblings, Alcide, Hector, Ronald, Leonard, Gerald Martin, Anita Jalbert, Gaetane Voisine, Marie Lavoie and Almida Voisine.
She is survived by: her children, Jacques A. Bouchard of Winchendon, Roger A. Bouchard of Leominster, Carl A. Bouchard (Christine) of Gardner, Jacqueline M. Callan (Don) of Enosburg Falls, Rachel A. Pikkarain (David) of Ashburnham and Christine A. Gemborys (Bruce) of Gardner; and her grandchildren, Jessica, Melissa, Jennifer, John, Brandon, Jodie, Holly, Shawn, Justin, Harmony, Vanessa, Hunter and Cassie. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
