He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Szymkowski and Tessie Szymkowski; and his brother Robert Szymkowski of Texas. He is survived by: his wife Patricia E. Szymkowski (Mungovan) of Ayer; his sister Patricia Krucek of Leominster; his stepchildren, Debra Ayers of Pennington, NJ, Brian Morse of Ayer and Alison Morse of Ayer; and his stepgrandchildren, Rebecca and Jameson. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
