He was predeceased by: his father Richard W. Bellemare. He is survived by: his mother Gloria E. Lebel (Adams); his stepfather Ronald R. Lebel of Ayer; his son Shawn Bellemare; his siblings, Michael Bellemare of Colorado, Cynthia Bellemare of Ayer and Monique Lebel of Ayer; and his grandmother Jacqueline George of Ayer. He is also survived by niece, four nephews and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the family towards Timmy's final expenses.
