He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Coulter and Olga M. Coulter (Costigan); and his sister Janice Foss of Littleton. He is survived by: his wife Ginger Cummings of Ayer; his children, Jason W. Coulter (Holly) of Londonderry, NH and Jessica Coulter of Fitchburg; his siblings, Mark Coulter (Catherine) of Fitchburg, Catherine Sullivan of Ayer, Jeannie Georgianna (John) of Littleton and Mary Hamblett of Ayer; his stepchildren, Jarrod Morin of Barre, Nicholas Morin of Melbourne, FL and Renee Stone of Webster; and his pet Connie.
