We bid farewell to Jean P. Stevens of Ayer, Massachusetts, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 8, 2025 at the age of 91. She was predeceased by: her parents, Festus Davan and Leah Davan (Wheeler); her son L. T. Rick Stevens; her granddaughters, Kayla Stevens and Laura Ranno; her great grandchild Gregory Vargeson; and her siblings, Norman, Leo, Paul, Richard, Robert, Donald, Bernard Davan and Lorraine Dumas.
She is survived by: her children, Harold Stevens of Virginia, Debbie Ranno (John) of North Carolina, Flossie Porter of Ayer and Mary Webb (Lemuel) of North Carolina; her daughter-in-law Patricia Stevens of Fitchburg; her sister Mary Leah Harrell (Jim) of Florida; and her sister-in-law Judith O'Reilly of Florida. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Anderson Funeral Home (25 Fitchburg Rd, Ayer, MA 01432). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the New Hope Community Church (139 Sandy Pond Rd, Ayer, MA 01432). A burial will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at the Woodlawn Cemetery (26 Harvard Rd, Ayer, MA 01432).
