He is survived by: his parents, Francis T. Picard and Valerie L. Hooper (Poulin); his wife Luanne I. Francis Picard; his daughters, Pamela M. Picard of Livermore Falls, ME and Megan A. Picard of Industry, ME; his siblings, Dana Picard of Pittsfield, ME, Larry Picard of Auburn, ME, Michelle Rose and Olivia Hooper-Downer; and his grandchildren, Christina Chick, Issac Chick, Owen Chick, Emmaly Sandakli and Buddy Sandakli.
