He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth McLane (Callahan); and his parents, John E. McLane and Margaret (MacDonald). He is survived by: his children, Maureen Morrissey of Avon, Sheila Crane of Avon, John McLane of Avon and Scott McLane (Christine O'Brien) of Bridgewater; his granddaughters, Heather Crane of Avon, Jennifer Crane (Kyle McCallister) of Swansea and Christine Tresca (Austin Tresca) of Avon; his siblings, Marian McLane of Allston, Joan Beaton of Allston and Roderick of Waltham; and his aunt Katherine MacDonald of Judique. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
