It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leroy H. Fernald (Avon, Massachusetts), who passed away on September 27, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his sibling William J. Fernald. He is survived by: his spouse Mary Fernald (Drogo); his children, Leroy H. Jr. (Sue) of Braintree, Keith M. (Elly) of Avon, Glenn S. (Kristen) of Avon, Brett J. (Sharon) of Walpole, Darrin J. of Northborough and Brian J. (Elizabeth) of Milton; and his siblings, Virginia Fernald of Dorchester and Mary J. Mello. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
