It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence G. Lohnes of Avon, Massachusetts, born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 2, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George Lohnes and Mary Lohnes (Caulfield); and his brothers, John and George. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Lohnes (Albert); his friend Bill W; his grandchildren, Nicholas Lohnes, Alex, Kyle Peloquin, Madelyn, Kathie, Christine Oteri and Anthony Oteri; and his siblings, Mary (Dwight Hutchinson) of Florida, Pat Lohnes of Florida, Dolly Elms of Florida, Paul (Tina Lohnes), Donna (Frederick Ballantyne), Bridgewater, Jane (Jay O'Neil), Tom Lohnes (Lynne Connolly) and Barbara (Wayne Bernasconi). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Covid-19 precautions will be in place.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Bubba's name to Boston Firefighters Local 718 Children's Fund, 55 Hallett Street, Boston MA 02124.
