She is survived by: her husband William Sprague of Avon; her grandchildren, Paul Bouchard Jr. and Luna Mae Sprague; and her siblings, Bert Goldberg, Karen Gould (Rick), Marcie Lee (Tom) and Heidi Dedominicis (Allen Page).
