He was predeceased by: his parent Frank H. Simonds; his stepparent Dorothy I. Simonds; and his sibling Robert Simonds. He is survived by: his wife Deborah A. Simonds (Gross); his son Frank H. Simonds, III; his wife Cindy of Crossville, TN.; his parent Elizabeth V. Haddigan (Davin); and his siblings, Marlene Giammarco of Stoughton, Frankie Ann Reilly (David) of Raynham, Madeline Barker of Florida, Priscilla Clark and Dorothy Perdigao. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
