He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Peters and Ruth Peters (Libby). He is survived by: his wife Deborah J. Peters (Sjogren) of Auburn; his children, Wendy J. Johnson of Connecticut, Kristin Constantine (Daniel) of Euharlee, GA and William D. Peters, Jr. (Jill) of Webster; his stepsons, Michael Gagner of Charlton and Jeffery Gagner of Auburn; his siblings, Linda Hazard (Louis) of Worcester and Mark Peters of Pownal, VT; his friend Beth Sachs; and his pet Libby. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
