He was predeceased by: his sisters, Barbara Thaxter and Patricia Luttrell; his sister-in-law Jackie Coy; and his parents, Ulmer S. Coy, Sr. and Maxine Coy (Dutton).
He is survived by: his wife Linda Ann Coy (Hildreth); his children, Steven Coy, III of Auburn and Sarah H. Coy of Worcester; his brother Peter Coy of Cape Elizabeth, ME; and his niece Karen Luttrell of Lewiston, ME. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
