He was predeceased by: his mother Helen P. Duffy (O'Connell). He is survived by: his significant other Diane E. Duffy (Rushford); his father John F. Duffy of Webster, MA; his grandson Declan Duffy; his siblings, John Duffy (Denise) of Shrewsbury and Maureen Duffy of Webster; and his close friends, Alfred Morin, Steve Gervais and Daniel Cardinal. He is also survived by nephew, many nieces, and friends.
