Sonja Carr Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sonja Carr of Auburn, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 27, 2025 at the age of 87. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sonja Carr to pay them a last tribute.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Sonja is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Sonja's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her husband Peter C. Carr; and her parents, Warren Baker and Elsa Baker (Carlson). She is survived by: her children, Kathy Carr-Davis (Phillip) of Saco, ME, Julie Carroll (John) of Spencer, Susan Smith of North Hampton, NH, Curt Carr (Kelly) of Charlton and Amy Briggs (Michael) of Fiskdale; and her brother Rex Baker (Janeen) of Princeton. She is also survived by six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
