She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold LeRoy and Rosabel Lanier Mills. She is survived by: her husband Robert Miller Fulcher (Bobby); her sons, Lee (Waynesboro) and Gene (Atlanta); her grandchildren, Mac (Savannah) and Allie (Atlanta); her sister Gail Chance Voyles; and her daughter Dr. Bonnie Jenkins, MD (Sharad Ghamande, MD).
In lieu of flowers, the family request donation be made to First Methodist Church of Waynesboro, Burke County Public Library, or Georgia Southern University College of Education Foundation.
