She was predeceased by: her husband J. Thomas "Tom" Burns; her son Douglas P. Burns; her child-in-law Michele E. Maynard; and her siblings, Hilda Starkus, Simon Savinsky, Jr., Vitty Savinsky and Irene Baker.
She is survived by: her son Stephen J. Burns (Patricia) of Webster; her grandchildren, Tammy McCarthy (Kevin) and Shawn Burns (Samantha); her close friends, Lee, Jennifer Burns and Heather Guyette (Chris); her great grandchildren, Rylee, Natalee, Kaycee, Alison of Declan, JJ and Reagan; and her pet Mason. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
