He was predeceased by: his son Craig J. Prachniak; his parents, Joseph P. Prachniak, Sr. and Victoria Prachniak (Drudis); and his siblings-in-law, Arline R. (Grenier) and James F. Conway.
He is survived by: his wife Lucy A. Prachniak (Grenier); his sons, Keith M. Prachniak (Brenda) of Holden and Corey F. Prachniak (Alyssa) of Worcester; his grandchildren, Amy, Megan, Kennedy and Aiden Prachniak; his brother-in-law Gerald Grenier (Donna) of New Zealand; and his daughter-in-law Kristie Prachniak of Leicester. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
