He was predeceased by: his mother Elizabeth Gervais (Niles). He is survived by: his father Robert Zmayefski; his wife Shauna of Grand Terrace, CA; his siblings, Bobbie Zmayefski of Auburn and Lynn Zmayefski of Worcester; his half-sister Jaimie Gervais of Worcester; and his stepsister Nicole Barthelems of Marlboro. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, a great-nephew, and a great-niece.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the O'Connor Brothers Funeral Home (592 Park Ave, Worcester, MA 01603).
