She was predeceased by: her husband John J. Chesna, Sr.; her siblings, Loretta Champlin, Ora Thibodeau, Edward Daoust, Jr., Evelyn Farr and Yvette Ricard; and her parents, Edward Daoust, Sr. and Meleda Daoust (Preville).
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Recore (Dennis Beaudoin) of Webster and John J. Chesna, Jr. (Christine) of Auburn; her grandchildren, Christine, Frank, Richard, Jaime, Kimberly, John III, Melissa, Jennifer, Lorraine, Sarah and Chelsea; her great grandchildren, Sean, Madeline, Caden, Braydon, Autumn, Jessa, Jack, Henry, Jo-Jo, Juliet, Erica and Ryan; and her sister Anita Wojnarowicz of Sutton.
