He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald F. Finnegan Sr. and Barbara C. Finnegan (Bernard). He is survived by: his daughters, Angela L. Mosczynski of Worcester and Samantha L. Picard of Oxford; and his siblings, William Finnegan of Worcester, Alan Bernard of Bennington, VT, Brian Moncelle, Kellie Albraaee of Webster, Tina Richter-Kelly of Florida, Debra and Evamarie. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
