She was predeceased by: her mother Arlene Levien (Smith). She is survived by: her father Frederick Levien; her husband Michael W. Garland; her children, Sarah K. Garland and Andrew M. Garland; and her siblings, Amy Walsh (James), Patrice Lark (Richard) and David Levien (Donna) of New York. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Britton-Wallace Funeral Home (91 Central St, Auburn, MA 01501). A burial was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at the Hillside Cemetery (65 Central St, Auburn, MA 01501).
