He was predeceased by: his son Arthur Watt II; his siblings, James Watt and Shirley Orr; his son-in-law Michael A. Finizza, Jr.; and his parents, James Y. Watt and Ida Watt Sr. (Weeks).
He is survived by: his wife Viola J. Watt (Gregarczyk); his children, James A. Watt (Anne) of Liberty, MO and Donna M. Finizza (Watt) of Oxford; and his grandchildren, Michael A. Finizza III (Heidi) of Charlton, Todd C. Finizza (Kelly) of Oxford, Arthur Watt of Palmer, Amy Meyer (Greg) of Oxford, Angie Stoller (Shaun) of Owasso, OK, James Watt (Jill) of Kansas City, MO and John Watt (Shanna) of Kansas City, MO. He is also survived by 17 great grandchildren, and many nephews and nieces.
