It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vincent P. Miranda of Attleboro, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 16, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Natalie B. Miranda (Botelho); his parents, Joao Pacheco Miranda and Escolastica Miranda (Faria); and his siblings, Silvestre F. Miranda, Almorina Marques, John Miranda and Antonio Miranda.
He is survived by: his children, Vincent E. Miranda (Dee) of Spring Hill, Barbara Gendreau (Eric Bennett) of Attleboro, Cynthia M. Perron (Daniel, Sr.) of Swansea and Kenneth Miranda (Stacie Forcier) of Fall River; his siblings, Maria Natalia Oliveira of Fall River, Maria Conceicao Tavares of Fall River and Inacio Miranda of Fall River; his grandchildren, Melissa Raposa (James), Vincent E. Miranda, Jr. (Karen), Amanda Miranda (Bryant), Kourtney Smus (Zachary), Korey Gendreau (Julie), Stephanie L. McDonald (Cody), Daniel J. Perron, Jr. (Sierra), Brenden Miranda and Brady Miranda; his great grandchildren, James, Andrew, Natalie, Jackson, Ryan, Isabella, David, Aria, Nolan and Brooke; and his pet Buddy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Silva-Faria Funeral Home (730 Bedford St, Fall River, MA 02720). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Espirito Santo Church (311 Alden St, Fall River, MA 02723).
