He was predeceased by: his mother Pamela "Pam" Sue Boulay (Welch). He is survived by: his father Thomas W. Couture, Sr. of South Attleboro; his stepfather Gerald Frederick Boulay, Sr. of Attleboro; and his siblings, Nicole A. Couture of Attleboro, Debra L. Calkins (Joshua J. Calkins) of East Granby, CT, Jason A. Couture of Attleboro and David Couture of Washington, DC.. He is also survived by several step-siblings, aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members and good friends.
