He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Joseph Owens, Sr. and Bonnie Lee Owens (Kinnan). He is survived by: his children, Thomas "TJ" Owens, Jr. (Eileen), David Owens and Mark Owens (Jocelyn) of Germany; his siblings, Donna Moore, Grenier of Cumberland, Bonnie Owens of Pawtucket, Tina Brock, Virginia Troiano of Attleboro and Jack Owens (Holly); his sister-in-law Karen Owens; and his cousin Donald Coelho. He is also survived by five grandchildren, a great-grandchild, many nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
