He is survived by: his wife Nancy Carr (Boudreau); his mother Dorothy Carr (Roland) of Cumberland; his sisters, Tracey Noonan of Auburn, NH and Elaine Carr of Middletown, CT; his daughter Courtney Boudreau of Cumberland; his nieces, Brenna and Katie; and his nephew William.
Burial will be private. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, only 15 guests and family members may be in the funeral home at any given time.
