Higgins (Attleboro, Massachusetts), born in Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 27, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellen M. Higgins (Manning) and Vernon Higgins; and his granddaughter Julianie. He is survived by: his children, Kristen Marie, Steven Michael Jr. and Kory Joseph; his siblings, Helen (John Buckley), Robert (Dianne), Scott (Eileen Beatty) and Tammy (Willey Thomas); and his grandchildren, Adamarie and Aiden. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
