She was predeceased by: her spouse Russell Howes Baker, Sr.; and her parents, John "Jack" Howard and Edith Howard (Bensson). She is survived by: her children, Russell Howes Baker, Jr. (Anne Baker) of North Attleboro, MA and Andrea Baker Rowley of St. Croix; and her brother Ralph M. Howard of Naples. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren.
