He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger William Waite, Sr. and Jane Louise Waite (Hayes); and his brother John Waite. He is survived by: his wife Carol Waite (Enlow); his children, Michael Waite (Erin) of Plainville, Cheri Haustein (Joerg) of Surrey, England and Jim Waite of Attleboro; and his sisters, Elizabeth Larkin (Ed Carter) and Rebecca (Richard Lee) of Foxboro. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
