He is survived by: his spouse Adelaide Mercier; his children, Sandra Mercier of West Warwick, Robert Mercier Jr. of Coventry, James Mercier of West Warwick, Cathy Silva of West Warwick, Gail Mercier of Richmond, Kerri and Palumbo of Coventry; and his siblings, Margaret "Peggy" Harris, Arlene Palombo, Daniel Mercier, Barbara Kelner and Joseph Mercier. He is also survived by 13 Grandchildren and 11 Great-Grandchildren.
