He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Foley and Pauline Foley of Norwood. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Foley (Decker); his daughter Katherine Wilkins (Ethan); his grandsons, Wyatt and Hunter Wilkins; his daughter Jennifer Bouley (Kyle); and his siblings, Carol Crowley (Foley), James Foley (Debra) and William Foley (Donna). He is also survived by many loving nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Richard's name may be made to the Veterans Transition House, 1297 Purchase St. New Bedford MA 02740 or Veterans Association of Bristol County, 755 Pine St., Fall River MA 02720 in honor of his appreciation of veterans.
