He was predeceased by: his parents, Alma Palermo (Ciccone) and Benedetto Palermo; and his siblings, John Palermo, James Palermo, Jean Vargas and Lois Campbell.
He is survived by: his spouse Leslie A. Palermo (Burt); his grandchildren, Paul Jr. (Sherri), David (Wendie) and Joseph Palermo; his daughter Kristina McConnell (Mark); and his grandchildren, Jordan, Justine, Brooklyn, Taylor, Emma, Sidney, Benedetto, Dominic Palermo, Ava, Mya McConnell, Patrick and Olivia Peak. He is also survived by children and their spouses.
