He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Whitcomb and Dorothy Staffier (Mack); and his brother Todd Whitcomb. He is survived by: his wife Jill Elizabeth Whitcomb (Halnon); his children, Brandon Halnon (Victoria Halon) of Knoxville and Brandi Whitcomb of Attleboro, MA; his granddaughter Savannah Halnon of Knoxville, Tennessee; his sister Penny Staffier of North Smithfield; his sister-in-law Cheryl Whitcomb; and his nephews, Ty and Matt.
