He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Powers and Myrtle Powers (Higson). He is survived by: his sisters, Marilyn A. Powers of Attleboro, MA, Roberta A. Ferguson (Clinton B. Ferguson Jr.) of Attleboro, MA and Pamela A. Loper (Jerry Loper) of Melbourne, FL.; his nephew Stephen P. Ouellette of Mansfield, MA; his nieces, Melanie A. Bonin of Warwick, RI and Emily B. Ferguson of Attleboro, MA.; and his great-nephews, Jeremy A. Bonin Kwasny of Warwick, RI. and Jacob N. Kwasny of Warwick, RI.. He is also survived by his extended family and many good friends.
