She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Heald and Marion T. Brown; her stepmother Mae S. Heald; her daughters, Vicky Lynn Gibbs and Michelle Guzman; and her brothers, Raymond Heald and Thomas Heald Jr..
She is survived by: her husband Leland E. Gibbs; her daughter Regina Lynn Gibbs of Barco, NC; her sisters, Susan H. Fletcher of Virginia Beach, VA and D'Andra H. Estella (Paul) of Elizabeth City, NC; her stepsisters, Jenny B. Lutch of Wickenburg, AZ and Francis B. of Oregon; and her caregiver Martin Voliva. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
