She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph John Baumgartel; her parents, Raymond W. Johnson and Ruth Johnson (Mohr); and her siblings, Barbara Watson (Johnson), Florence Paille (Johnson), Dorothy Radnor (Johnson) and Raymond Johnson Jr..

She is survived by: her daughter Gail Barzegar (Baumgartel); her son-in-law Samad Barzegar of Plainville, MA.; her siblings, Amy Long (Johnson) and Roy Johnson (Virginia "Ginny"); and her sister-in-law Flora Johnson (Hoyt) of South Attleboro, MA.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, her extended family, and many dear friends.
