He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Aguiar, Sr. and Dionisia Aguiar (Martins); his daughter Jo-Ann Aguiar; and his brother John Aguiar. He is survived by: his wife Mary Angel Aguiar (Pimentel); his daughters, Debra J. Smith (Albert Smith III) of Bridgewater, MA and Christine M. Morin (Mark Morin) of Attleboro, MA; his grandchildren, Maya Morin of Attleboro, MA and Jordyn Smith of Bridgewater, MA; his stepgrandchildren, Johannah Smith of Stoughton, MA and Albert Smith IV of Raynham, MA; and his stepgreat-grandson Albert Smith V of Raynham, MA. He is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
